This ensures each client receives our full attention and the best possible service. We recommend checking availability for your date as early as possible, especially for weekend events and peak seasons. However, we encourage you to contact us even if you think your date might be booked—we occasionally have flexibility with certain letter combinations or may have just expanded our collection. All bookings require at least 1 week advance notice. Since each of our marquee letters is handmade with care, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance when possible. For peak wedding season (May-September) and holidays, earlier booking (4-6 weeks) is advisable.
All rentals include professional delivery, setup, and collection service within San Antonio. A $40 service fee applies for delivery. For locations outside city limits, additional fees may apply.
Our standard rental period is 24 hours.
Our letters are built to be durable, but accidents happen. We recommend checking your event insurance. For minor damages, we may charge a small repair fee.
Yes! Our letters are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor events, we provide stands to ensure safety. However, we recommend always having a backup indoor location ready in case of severe weather or high winds.

Yes, we recommend placing the letters on flat, level surfaces for optimal stability and appearance. While we can try to accommodate uneven or different surface types, we cannot guarantee proper setup or safety on non-flat surfaces.
Yes, we include a 50-foot extension cord with your rental. If you need additional length beyond 50 feet, you'll need to provide your own extension cords.
